Good to Know

• You must present the official voucher that we will send via WhatsApp the day before. Without this document, entry to the park will not be permitted.
• IMPORTANT: The Admission Only option does not include transportation; you will need to arrange it on your own.
• Children under 12 years of age who are over 4.5 ft (1.40 m) tall must present an ID to verify their age.
• Child rates are based on height: children over 1.40 meters (4 feet 7 inches) pay an adult fare; children between 1 meter (3 feet 3 inches) and 1.39 meters (4 feet 7 inches) pay a child fare; children under 1 meter (3 feet 3 inches) enter free of charge and do not occupy a seat.
• Children under 5 years old have limited access to some activities and must be accompanied by an adult.
• To drive amphibious vehicles, you must be 18 years or older and present a valid driver's license.
• For zip lines, the minimum height is 1.37 m (4 ft 6 in), the minimum weight is 40 kg (88 lb), the maximum weight is 136 kg (299 lb), and the maximum waist circumference is 130 cm (51 in).
• It is recommended to use chemical-free repellent and to wear clothes and shoes that can get wet, as this is an adventure experience.
